Yes, you can! However, when you include fresh sweets in your order, express shipping will automatically be applied to ensure they arrive fresh and on time.

Ordering & Payment

Browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and other secure payment gateways.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Fresh sweets are perishable and need to be delivered quickly to maintain their freshness and quality. Express shipping ensures they reach you in the best possible condition.

Standard shipping is only available for orders that do not include fresh sweets. If your order contains fresh sweets, express shipping will be applied to the entire order.

Our system will automatically detect orders containing fresh sweets and apply express shipping to ensure timely delivery.

Express shipping costs depend on your location and the total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Currently, we do not offer split shipping for a single order. If you wish to use different shipping methods, please place separate orders for fresh sweets and other items.

We dispatch all the items within 3 to 4 days from the order date (except Sundays & holidays). And the average delivery time is 3 to 5 days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Yes, during checkout, you can leave a note specifying your preferred delivery date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Returns & Refunds

We strive to deliver all orders on time and in perfect condition. If your fresh sweets are delayed or damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

If you receive a defective product, we take full responsibility and will work with you to address the issue. In such cases, please contact us, and we will strive to resolve the matter.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The product returns would only be accepted within 7 days after the product is delivered. Please ensure that the return products are shipped within 7 days to get the refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@veehafoods.com.
