• The organically-grown groundnuts are sourced locally and milled in small rotary mills which has a speed of 15 rpm.
• The oil is extracted at a temperature of 30 degrees centigrade.
• The heat is controlled so that the oil does not lose its properties.
• Once the oil is extracted, it is filtered through a very tight sieve or a gada cloth and kept in the solar dryer or sun for further natural sedimentation to happen.
• Once the sediments settle at the bottom, the oil is poured out.
• Since the oil does not go through any mechanical or chemical filtration, it is thick.
• It is natural to find a bit of sediment in the oil which proves its purity and richness.
  
• The consistency of the oil varies from time to time because the nature of the groundnut changes from season to season.
