Heating:
To heat, just put the pouch in hot water. Do not microwave the pouch. -
Storing:
Our purees do not need to be refrigerated when sealed. Keep it in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate within 1 hour of opening and consume within 24 hours. - Do not use if cap seal is broken or pouch is damaged or swollen.
