- FORGOTTEN FOODS Millet Upma is a traditional recipe from the coastal city of Udupi in South India. It is particularly famous in western ghats areas across Karnataka, Kerala and Goa. Our Upma is made using the goodness of Kodo millet whole grains with the authentic flavours of ginger, curry leaves, green chilly and mustard. It is believed that long before the advent of green revolution, millets were used in most dishes where wheat sooji is used at present.

How to Cook:
- Step 1) Add 1 measure MIX to 2.5 measure boiling water.
- Step 2) Stir constantly for 7-8 minutes on low to medium flame.
- Step 3) Mix well. Serve hot. *Optionally add fresh coriander, par-boiled peas, chopped beans, carrots, fried peanuts and cashews.
