Description:
- Take 1 cup curd and 1.5 cup powdered sugar. Mix it well.
- Add 1 cup maida and 1.5 cup suji. Mix it well. Add 1.5 teaspoon baking powder, 1 small teaspoon essence and baking soda.
- Expert tip: Add a little milk to help mix well. The batter is ready. Put it in the mould.
- Now add some Fit & Flex Mixed Fruit Granola to it. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.
- Take a wooden pick, Insert it into the centre of the cake to do a quick check.
