• But watermelon is sensitive to cold weather. Watermelons are grown after the winter in locations where the winter is harsh.
• It needs sandy loam soil that drains well. 
• Dark and sandy soils suit it. But it must be organic and not contain water. 
• Water must easily drain from the soil or the vines may become infected.

How to Use:

• Watermelon seeds are mixed with dry fruits to make a healthy snack.
• The powdered form of sunflower seeds can be mixed with cookies and curries.
