Ingredients Required:-
- 75g Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 75g Green peas
- 1 medium carrot, cut into cubes
- 1 medium potato, cut into cubes
- 2 medium/ 100g tomato purée
- 80g Suhana Veg Kolhapuri Mix
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 ½ cup/ 500ml water
How To Cook:-
- Blanch all the cut vegetables for 2-3 minutes
- Make a paste of Suhana Veg Kolhapuri Mix with ½ cup of water
- Heat oil in a pan, add tomato purée, and cook till the oil oozes out
- Add paste, vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add water and cook till the gravy thickens
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
