Description:

• Little Moppet Foods’ Multimillet Pancake Mix; Age Recommendation: Advisable for all ages above one year.
• Ingredients: Finger Millet, Sorghum, Foxtail Millet and wheat. Instructions to Prepare: Combine 1/4 cup of the pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk OR 1/4 cup of mix with one whole egg and beat well. (Makes Three 2″ pancakes).
• If required any sweetener like jaggery or coconut sugar can be added.
• Mix well, Heat a pan, Pour a ladle of the mix on the pan and do not spread it.
• Drizzle ghee and cook one side well, flip to other side and cook well. Serve with honey/date syrup/fruits.
• Storage and Shelf Life: Every product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed.
• The shelf life is 4 months from the Date of Manufacture. Please transfer the contents immediately to clean, dry and airtight container.
