• Apart from sylvestre, the tea mixture also has cinnamon, jamun seed, licorice, fenugreek and turmeric, all of which helps prevent sugar spike. Also added are herbs like giloy, ashwagandha and shilajit are known to help with insulin production, improve immunity, reduces inflammation in the body and helps to lower the lipids in the body.

Usage:

• Bring water to boil, and let it cool down.
  Put 2gms(1tsp) tea leaves/cup (200ml water)
  and cover the lid. Allow tea leaves to brew
  for a minute. Reuse the tea leaves 1/more
  times. Allow addtional 30 seconds sleeping
  time for every reuse.
