• We procure our pesticide-free red poha from a small farmer’s collective in Tamil Nadu. Our farmers cultivate the Red Matta variety of paddy without using synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and GM seeds
• Red poha is rich in anthocyanins, natural pigments which are beneficial. When red poha is soaked, these pigments are released, turning the water red or pink. No artificial colors or additives have been added to the Poha
• Red poha has a low glycemic index, which means it is absorbed more slowly into the bloodstream and can help regulate blood sugar levels
• Our pesticide-free red poha is nutrient dense! Besides being a great source of carbohydrates, our poha is also a good source of fiber and some essential vitamins and minerals such as iron, potassium and magnesium
• Like all our products, our Red Poha is tested with 231 plus Chemical pesticide residues!
