- Our third variant in Vermicelli is the Little Millet Vermicelli. One of the lightest millet, little millet or samai as its known is super healthy and light to eat.

- Usage:
- Soak the vermicelli in water for 5 minutes. Steam them in a steamer for 5-8 minutes or till soft. They are ready to use to make vermicelli upma or kheer.
