Ingredients Required:-
- 1 Cup/150g green peas blanched
- 50g Suhana Mutter Methi Malai Mix
- 2 1/2 cups/500 ml milk
- 3 tbsp butter
How To Cook:-
- Mix all kofta ingredients and make 10-12 kofta balls
- Fry till golden brown
- Make a paste of Suhana Shahi Malai Kofta Mix with 1/2 cup milk
- Heat pan, add the paste, and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes
- Add remaining milk and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes or till the gravy thickness
- Just before serving add Koftas, butter, and simmer for another minute and serve hot
