- Hemp Seed Oil is an underrated oil which is rich in Omega -3 fatty acids with a mild and nutty flavour.
- Hemp is often confused with cannabis, however they are two different plants belonging to the same family. Most significant difference between the two is the amount of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) which is a psychoactive element. The amount of THC in cannabis is high i.e. 28% while in hemp is lower than 0.3%.
- Due to low THC Hemp doesn't make you high.
- Hemp seed oil has low smoke point so it cannot be used for frying. It is primarily incorporated in Dips, Marinades, Baking, Smoothies etc.
